Custom leather chest harnesses, made to order.

How the work is made

Made with intention, made to last.

Every harness starts with a hide, evaluated by hand for grain, texture, and character before a single cut is made. From there, it's cut, dyed, and stitched individually, with hardware set by hand — nothing mass-produced, nothing rushed.

Hardware is chosen to match the harness — brass, copper, nickel, gunmetal, or black — antiqued or left with its original finish, whichever you prefer, and set by hand alongside everything else.

Commissions

From the first conversation to a finished harness.

Every commission runs the same six steps, and you can see where yours stands at any point on your own private page.

More pieces — cuffs, charms, and other small goods — are on the way. For now, harness commissions are open.
